The Magick
Knife isn't for cutting, but for directing magickal energy while performing rituals
and doing spells. The knife (or Athame) is usually double-edged and is kept dull.
The handle is black or a dark color. Black absorbs power.
The handle should be of natural material, wood, leather, or bone.
The Knife (Athame) is a Sacred Tool to Wiccans and would never be used as a weapon.
To touch another's Knife (Athame) without permission is a violation of there personal
space.
